After looking at different fashion magazines and current fashions. I am now looking at maybe mixing dance with fashion. For example, having someone wearing current fashionable clothes and doing a dance move at the same time.

I looked at magazine covers because I am going to do one for my magazine and give an idea of what is inside my magazine. For example, the kind of interview and different fashion styles.
I will also add other things from what you see on a general magazine cover. I think this is a good idea because it gives the interview an opening.

General magazine layouts.

I am looking at general magazine layouts because it could also help me show how to position photographs with writing all though they might not be interviews that are in my research.
I am going to base it on more fashion magazines rather than general magazines with news in them.

I like these two images because of the layouts used with the photos and writing. I like how it is separated, the photos in boxes and the writing in others. 

I think this is a good idea but I also like the idea of having main images and few writing, then making more pages. This way you can see the image bigger.

I chose this for my research because in my work I would like to do something like this but with more writing around the main part of the image.
I like the idea of having an image as a background to a page.

Magazine interview layouts.

I have chosen these images for my research because I looking for different interviews in magazines and how they have been laid out with the images as well. 

The first images is something I would be looking at doing more than the second two because it looks more like a fashion magazine, where as the others look like general magazines with news in them. I like how they show a full body shot then a close up of the woman and have all the writing around her. 

I think this helps me towards my work because it has shown me ways I could present my work, all though I wouldn't use such a harsh background colour. 

I have chosen the second two images for my research because you can see the difference between both types of interviews. The second two have so much more writing than the first one, as the pictures aren't the main focal point they just go along to show who the person is in the interview and who else it involves. 

Interview brief, aim.

The aim of this unit is to introduce learners to the equipment and techniques needed to photograph on location. Learners will develop their location photography skills when using equipment and techniques to create their own location photography. This unit will also enable learners to develop skills and understanding of the use of computers in art and design. They will research existing applications of computer use, and develop creative responses through their own study and production of computer-based art and design work.
